It is a cosy place. Rooms and the hotel are according to the environment. Great for a weekend scape. People who attend the hotel are very kind & friendly.
Great place, amazing views and service. The food is great!
I loved this place. View of la Peña is amazing, right in front of their library. I stayed in the room called “Camino al cielo” which has a stair in the entrance and you can see la peña through the roof. In the library you can have online meetings with their wifi, read some books or just rest and enjoy the view. Room was cleaned every day and they’re very respectful with our schedules (didn’t pressure us to leave before). To get to the entrance to la peña only a brief 10-min walk is needed, I recommend to get up early because once it gets dark the trail to the top can become dangerous and they an even close the entrance. The cafeteria is an 8/10, good for a couple of days with some nice options for breakfast and dinner. Now the downsides are: there’s not much space for clothing in the room, such as a wardrobe or even hangers, even though the room was big enough. The hotel serves as an event organizer for things like weddings, parties, birthdays, etc. So it could be extra noisy sometimes, during my stay it didn’t bother me though. There’s a pool but I didn’t use it because it was kind of cold for my taste. I recommend this hotel very much, and I’ll be back if I visit the town again!
Extremely comfy hotel. The building itself is unique and beautiful. The nights are very calm, the food delicious and they offer transport service to the airport or to Arkansas University, which is very convenient and considerably cheaper than other options. I recommend it completely.
Great views and close to the climbing official area. The rooms are clean and new but some of them quite small. Comfortable bed. Our check-in was delayed about 4 hours from the stated time. It's supposed to be a quite hotel, however due to new areas being built you can hear the workers, at night we couldn't rest as we wanted too because there was a group having a party at the hotel. Overall it's a niec hotel.
We stayed at alegria as the chalets were fully booked. We highly recommend it! You can see the stars from the ceiling!
